操作規(guī)程：

1、提高電焊設(shè)備及線路的絕緣性能。使用的電焊設(shè)備及電源電纜必須是合格品，其電氣絕緣性能與所使用的電壓等級(jí)、周圍環(huán)境及運(yùn)行條件要相適應(yīng)；焊機(jī)應(yīng)安排專人進(jìn)行日常維護(hù)和保養(yǎng)，防止日曬雨淋，以免焊機(jī)電氣絕緣性能降低。

1. Improve the insulation performance of welding equipment and circuits. The welding equipment and power cables used must be qualified products, and their electrical insulation performance must be suitable for the voltage level, surrounding environment, and operating conditions used; Welding machines should be regularly maintained and serviced by dedicated personnel to prevent exposure to sunlight and rain, in order to prevent a decrease in the electrical insulation performance of the welding machine.

2、當(dāng)焊機(jī)發(fā)生故障要檢修、移動(dòng)工作地點(diǎn)、改變接頭或更換保險(xiǎn)裝置時(shí)，操作前都必須要先切斷電源。

2. When a welding machine malfunctions and needs to be repaired, moved to a new work location, changed joints, or replaced with safety devices, the power supply must be cut off before operation.

3、加強(qiáng)作業(yè)人員用電知識(shí)及自我防護(hù)意識(shí)教育，要求焊工作業(yè)時(shí)必須穿絕緣鞋、戴專用絕緣手套。禁止雨天露天施焊；在特別潮濕的場所焊接，人必須站在干燥的木板或橡膠絕緣片上。

3. Strengthen the education of electrical safety knowledge and self-protection awareness for operators, and require welders to wear insulated shoes and specialized insulated gloves when working. Prohibit welding in the open on rainy days; When welding in particularly humid areas, people must stand on dry wooden boards or rubber insulation sheets.

4、禁止利用金屬結(jié)構(gòu)、管道、軌道和其它金屬連接作導(dǎo)線用。在金屬容器或特別潮濕的場所焊接，行燈電源必須使用12V以下電壓。

4. It is prohibited to use metal structures, pipelines, tracks, and other metal connections as conductors. When welding in metal containers or particularly humid places, the power supply of the portable lamp must use a safe voltage of 12V or less.

5、施工人員在操作時(shí)，必須穿戴好各種勞保用品，如工作服、工作帽、手套、腳蓋等工作服不要束在褲腰里，腳蓋應(yīng)捆在褲腳筒里。

5. Construction personnel must wear various labor protection equipment during operation, such as work clothes, work hats, gloves, foot covers, etc. Work clothes should not be tied around the waist of pants, and foot covers should be tied around the leg of pants.

6、在焊接和切割工作場所，必須有防火設(shè)備，如消防栓、滅火器、砂箱以及裝滿水的水桶等。

注意事項(xiàng)：

Safety precautions:

1、嚴(yán)格按照焊機(jī)銘牌上標(biāo)的數(shù)據(jù)使用焊機(jī)，不得超載使用。

1. Strictly follow the data marked on the welding machine nameplate when using the welding machine, and do not overload it.

2、應(yīng)在空載狀態(tài)下調(diào)節(jié)電流，焊機(jī)工作時(shí)，不允許有長時(shí)間短路。

3、使用焊機(jī)前，應(yīng)檢查焊機(jī)接線正確、電流范圍符合要求、外殼接地可靠、焊機(jī)內(nèi)無異物后，方可合閘工作。

3. Before using the welding machine, it is necessary to check that the wiring is correct, the current range meets the requirements, the casing is grounded reliably, and there are no foreign objects inside the welding machine before closing it for operation.

4、工作時(shí)，焊機(jī)鐵心不應(yīng)有強(qiáng)烈震動(dòng)，壓緊鐵心的螺絲應(yīng)擰緊。工作中焊機(jī)及電流調(diào)節(jié)器的溫度不應(yīng)超過60°C。

4. During operation, the welding machine core should not experience strong vibration, and the screws that press down on the core should be tightened. The temperature of the welding machine and current regulator during work should not exceed 60 ° C.

5、加強(qiáng)維護(hù)保養(yǎng)工作，保持焊機(jī)內(nèi)外清潔，保證焊機(jī)和焊接軟線絕緣良好，若有破損或燒傷應(yīng)立即修好。

5. Strengthen maintenance work, keep the inside and outside of the welding machine clean, ensure good insulation between the welding machine and the welding flexible wire. If there is any damage or burn, it should be repaired immediately.

6、定期由電工檢查焊機(jī)電路的技術(shù)狀況及焊機(jī)各處的絕緣性能，如有問題應(yīng)及時(shí)排除。

6. Regularly have electricians inspect the technical condition of the welding machine circuit and the insulation performance of various parts of the welding machine. If there are any problems, they should be promptly eliminated.
